When you use Webhook Proxy, we store the account information you provide during sign-up (such as your email address) and the webhook data you route through the product, including request payloads, headers, and destination status codes for each endpoint you create.
Webhook data is used solely to provide the core service: logging, displaying, and enabling retries of your webhook deliveries. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising purposes.
Webhook logs are retained for 7 days on the free plan and 30 days on the Pro plan. After this period, logs are automatically deleted from our database.
We automatically attempt to redact commonly sensitive field names (such as passwords, API keys, and tokens) before displaying payloads in the dashboard. However, you remain responsible for what data you send through any webhook proxy service, including this one.
All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Access to your data is enforced at the application layer: every request is authenticated through Clerk, and your account can only read or modify its own endpoints and logs.
We use third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting, database, and authentication providers) to operate the service. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
